We contracted with Kelly Construction to install some replacement windows, re-side our entire house and install new guttering. We contacted Scott Kelly the owner and he came out within a couple of days to meet with us. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable. He promised a bid within a couple of days which we received promptly and was a very fair price for all the work. We received quotes from two other companies, one was slightly higher and the other considerably higher. We enjoyed meeting with Scott, there was no pressure at all and he spent time answering all our questions. As soon as all the materials arrived Scott contacted us a few days out and the work began. Everything went very very smoothly. The crews were wonderful, reliable, friendly and skillful, they worked very hard and did a fabulous job. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and were respectful of us and our property. Scott came to the work site frequently to check in with us and see if we had any questions or concerns. The work was completed on time, everything was cleaned and all lights and door bells etc. were re-installed. We are thrilled, the house looks beautiful and brand new and they left everything cleaner than when they arrived! The scheduling of the job had to contend with a series of spring storms. Kelly Construction ended up completing the job ahead of schedule and in a timely manner hustling as the next storm approached. The guys showed up early everyday. Add to this impressive performance that I got a smokin' deal and the entire payment for the job was due upon project completion.
